With Gratitude: An Important Update from SkinCenter

After more than 20 years of serving Westchester County and the surrounding community, SkinCenter will be closing its doors on October 31, 2026.

For more than two decades, SkinCenter has had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients and building relationships that have extended far beyond our treatment rooms. We have celebrated milestones with you, welcomed generations of families through our doors, and watched the field of medical aesthetics evolve tremendously along the way.

We are incredibly proud of the care we have provided and, most importantly, grateful for the trust our patients have placed in us.

To every patient who chose SkinCenter, referred a friend or family member, returned to us year after year, or simply stopped by and became part of our community: THANK YOU. You have made these past 20+ years incredibly meaningful.

As we prepare to close this chapter, our team is committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for our patients.

Important Patient Information

SkinCenter’s final day will be October 31, 2026.

If you have questions, need to complete a follow-up, or require assistance prior to October 30, 2026, please contact SkinCenter at (914) 949-6200, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Any gift cards purchased from SkinCenter may be used through October 30, 2026, or refunded.

Medical Records

To ensure continued access to your medical records, all patient records will be securely transferred to National Archives, Inc., the designated custodian of records.

For medical record requests after October 30, 2026, please email skincenter@natlarchives.com with the subject line “Medical Records Request.” You will receive a link to a Medical Records Authorization Form, which must be completed and returned before your records can be released.

Medical record requests will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
